Ben Heraghty

Ben is an experienced corporate strategy and transformation executive able to develop, coach and deliver pragmatic results across complex, high impact programs. He specialises in building the bridge between strategy formation and execution. On the strategy side, he is experienced in corporate portfolio reviews, identification and development of organic & inorganic growth opportunities, market entries and exits, strategic planning and corporate value creation. On the execution side, he combines operational experience with creating and motivating high performance transformation teams to deliver real outcomes in partnership with operating businesses and government entities. He has 20+ years’ experience across strategy consulting, corporate development and high impact transformation in capital intensive industrials, transport, logistics, construction materials, government and emerging market investment. These capabilities have been deployed across a wide variety of organisations - ASX multi-nationals, mid-cap private equity backed private enterprises, public sector organisations and government ministries. Ben is able to partner with an extensive network of advisors, consultants and subject matter experts for large or small engagements. Ben has direct knowledge of building and running a business having built a specialist medical practice with physician partners. He also has extensive training in law and public policy as a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University, School of Government.
